Making a difference
County councillor Jennifer Shaw has over her first 100 days in role has overcome a steep learning curve to become a very active county councillor, she has renegotiated her work hours to ensure that she can commit to her council duties and represent the residents of her division. As a member of a number of committees she is committed to making a positive difference.
As vice chair of the Adult Care and Wellbeing Overview and Scrutiny Board, sitting on the Overview and Scrutiny Performance Board, the Fire Authority for Hereford and Worcester Fire and rescue service and sitting on the Policy and Resources board as well as attending local parish meetings and dealing with local issues, Jennifer has undertaken to serve her residents to the full
VJ Day Commemoration Ceremony 15th August
We will not forget the sacrifice and we will remember all those who served in our armed forces from Britain and the Commonwealth. They sacrificed so much to preserve our way of life.

Pedestrian safety measures in the Horesefair
Councillor Mark Crosby has arranged for the installation of two bollards, strategically placed to prevent drivers from mounting the pavement and ensuring everybody's safety. The installation took place Thursday 7th August.
Reform Husum Way
Councillor William Hopkins has ben supporting tenants in Husum Way who have issues with Community Housing working on their behalf to try and resolve these issues.

Worcestershire County Council Cabinet Meeting 17 July
The second Reform UK led cabinet meeting was significantly more productive than previous meetings, the county councillors present were mostly more focused on do the best for Worcestershire residents than political point scoring. A much more balanced meeting from everyone.
Councillor Karl Perks hits back at suggestions that the Reform UK County Councillors are climate change deniers and emphasises a common sense approach to managing the environment.
Worcestershire County Council Meeting 10 July
The 2nd full council meeting under Reform UK leadership, the meeting covered a number of comments and questions related to reports from various committees, The Reform administration move to lodge a petition regarding the Malvern Hills Bill, and support the expansion of the Worcestershire on Demand Bus Service.
